Flybox ACU Autopilot control unit - vertical -

"ACU" is the AP control unit responding to ECLIPSE and its servomotors, also works as control panel. Acu boosts immediate and instinctive commands: one button for each of the three working modes, two knobs for heading and altitude settings. Green power-on LED tells the control unit is ready to go; clear indications of working mode selected shiws AP engaged.

Working modes: HDG/TRK to keep magnetic heading or GPS tracking. NAV mode will control horizontal navigation, according to flight plan or GOTO GPS. ALT controls the altitude. ACU provie the pilot with course reversal options, if any IMC is encountered.

Heading and altitude controls knob are there n the control panel, separate and visible, to optimize handling options.
